EcoWisdom's

Accessible Nature Wellbeing Program

Evaluation

"The Accessible Nature Wellbeing Program at VanDusen Gardens was so lovely. It was a time for us to come together in a relaxing atmosphere and just be ourselves. The sounds and smells of nature were so calming. These gatherings promote a renewed sense of wellbeing and confidence in our community!  I am honoured to be involved as a participant and peer representative of Technology for Living." Nicole Whitford, TFL

Thank you for participating in the May 27th Accessible Nature Wellbeing Program at VanDusen Gardens.

Please complete this survey to help us improve and promote the programs we offer. It is important that our work is shaped and led by our community of peers living with disability/ chronic illness.

We can also share these with our funder. We rely on grants to offer these programs for free.

As a token of appreciation, we will have a random draw of all respondents who complete the survey by June 23rd. The one person who is selected will receive an annual pass to VanDusen Gardens (or cash equivalent)!!!

By responding, you agree to allow EcoWisdom and partners to use your responses in promotional materials but you can choose if you want your name used or not.

If you want more room or if you prefer to offer feedback in a different way (verbally or over zoom for example) just email us at [email protected].

Thank You!

EcoWisdom thanks our community partners, the Individualized Funding Resource Centre and Technology for Living for making these programs possible. We also acknowledge assistance from a New Horizons for Seniors Community Grant and a TD Park People Microgrant that has enabled us to offer these programs at no cost to participants.
