Accessible Nature Wellbeing Program

Thanks for participating in the November 25th Accessible Nature Wellbeing Program. Would you please complete this survey to help us improve the programs we offer?

We will have a random draw that will include everyone who completes the survey by Dec 17th. That person will receive $100 plus an EcoWisdom Calendar and a nature photo. By responding, you agree to allow us to use your responses in promotional materials. You can choose not to respond to any particular question.

Have you participated in an EcoWisdom Accessible Nature Wellbeing Program online or in-person?

1. What did you like most about the presentation of research on the impacts of accessible nature therapy programs?

4. We are considering shortening the program. Would you be willing to watch 2 or 3 informational videos (5-10 min each) before the program? The videos would explain the health benefits of forest bathing and how to prepare your indoor/outdoor space for the program. This would enable us to move right into the interactive activities and shorten the program to 2hrs rather than 2.5 hrs.

5. What kinds of programs would interest you? For example: a) Monthly drop-ins to share the ways you are connecting with nature, b) One-to-one guided nature mindfulness sessions, c) Guided small group gatherings of 10 people, d) In-person programs such as at VanDusen Gardens in May 2024.
